This blog began after a long Facebook conversation between pastors from Canada, Scotland, and the United States. Despite the distances and differences of culture, all of them agreed that pastoral ministry in the post-modern world is one of the toughest assignments that God gives to Christian women and men.

Remaining in ministry today takes a great deal of patience and courage, thick skin and fortitude. The number of walking wounded in the ministry is appalling. This blog seeks to serve those who need healing, prayers, support and a sacred safe place to vent without being judged.
